Yesterday was a relaxed Sunday, making good food and enjoying some comedy on YouTube. Until it was rudely interrupted by news of shootings in a Texas Church.
The day went out of balance. Until it didn’t.
Jumped at the chance to do some Yoga at a hot studio. For 90 minutes, all thoughts banished, except — “Why is this so hard”? It’s supposed to be, said the teacher.
I didn’t mind the dog jumping into our bed. There is only so much that you can fight in 24 hours.
